We work throughout Cornwall dealing face to face with agents, vendors and land owners to find property off market and pre-market giving you the vital advantage over other buyers.

How can you save me money?
Our market knowledge means we know the real value and potential of any given property. This together with our experience and negotiation skills will secure your property at the best terms possible which often offsets our fee. We are perfectly located at the heart of Cornwall and can access all areas almost within the hour. If you have to travel down to view a property and subsequently find it unsuitable, the costs can soon build.
How much do you charge?
Property Search – We charge £600 as a retainer for a 3 month search which is deductible from the final sale fee. We charge you this to cover some of the costs we incur whilst searching for your home. A fee of 1.25% of the final sale price is payable at exchange of contracts.
What are the benefits of using a property finder – aren’t estate agents just the same?
Estate agents work for the vendor and have their interest at heart. They only sell property from their own books which is only a small percentage of what is available in Cornwall.
We work solely for buyers and have all the entire Cornish marketplace at our disposal. We have no connection to any agencies, we only work for you.

What if two clients have the same search criteria?
We only search for a limited number of clients at any one time and never with conflicting search criteria. We always give each client the utmost dedication when working on their behalf.
What experience do you have?
I have been involved in the property market in Cornwall for almost 20 years. From buying property in Cornwall myself for investment I know first-hand the importance of securing it at the right price and in the right location, my livelihood depended on this. The holiday market in Cornwall is a real passion of mine and I have always had involvement within it from sourcing an idyllic glamping site to securing a high yielding holiday let.
The process of viewing property has become intuitive to me. I see only what it can provide to my client, not what it has so far provided the vendor.
